July 4th

I can't believe it is July 4th already. I know I keep saying it, but this summer is passing too quickly. I made a goal to spend a week in each room of my house totally gutting and cleaning and finally doing all those decorations that I have had, but never put up. 1st off was my bathroom. Well, a week passed and I haven't done a thing. Well, I have done things, but not in the bathroom. I have read books, made cards, worked on a party, watched tv, took naps, lots of lazy stuff. Now I find that I am angry at myself for wasting so much time. Today was pretty much the same. I finished my book today while it rained, and rained, and rained. Ciara actually loaded he dishwasher - she has been begging to change her chores around, so today I did. It took her about 4 hours. We splurged and went to DQ for supper. I bought some blue bunny ice cream-yuk, never again, blue bell from now on. We played a game of Yahtzee and Ciara won. We rented a movie on ppv and then the rain made the sattelite not work. Tomorrow we will have fireworks at the park. It will seem more like July 4th then.
