The Crop Shop Grand Opening

I have some really great ideas spinning around in my head. Crafting is a passion for me and helps me to de-stress. At this time of year I need all the de-stressing I can get. My first Technique Tuesday class will be on March 3rd. I will show a cracked glass technique. You will get two cards and envelopes for $5. This project should take about 30 minutes. It is a great technique that you can use for any project and no one will believe you made it yourself!

I am also starting Finish It Fridays. Two Friday nights a month you can bring your project over and finish it. You can bring scrap booking, card making, sewing, knitting, crocheting, or whatever you want. Then we can have fun doing our own thing, together. You can come whenever you want and stay as long as you want, just let me know if you will be here before six so I can put the dogs up. Then first Friday will be March 6th.

Another idea I have been thinking about is a swap. I have participated in several online swaps through different craft groups. I am thinking about a spring bling card swap. You will make a card following the guidelines I give. Once we find out how many will join, I will give you a number and you will make that many cards. Then we will swap and you will have a bunch of great cards. In the past when I have done this, I have loved all the great cards I have gotten back.

Just thinking about all the fun we will have makes me feel less stressed already. Keep checking the blog for more details
