The Love Spud!!

Yes, it is a potato.  This Sunday night when Ciara and I were peeling potatoes for a yummy potato salad, I reached in the bag and pulled it out.  We were very excited to find it since V-day is right around the corner!!  Ciara took it to school to show her class.  I plan on cooking it on V-day.  I am torn between slicing it really, really thin and making heart shaped potato chips or making heart shaped twice baked potatoes!!  Both sound yummy.  I will let you know how I incorporate the love spud into our love day meal!!
