Sunday Blessings

I seriously had to go to bed with a headache from crying so much this afternoon, so I thought I better write this story down so that I won't forget how incredibly blessed I am.  I have a Father who loves me and watches over me and cares for all my needs.  I have friends who are amazingly generous and love me more than I deserve.  I decided to do Sunday Blessings kind of like Thankful Thursdays.

• I am blessed to have someone who trusted me enough to take care of her child now entrust me with her grandchild.
• I am blessed to have transportation of my own.
• I am blessed to have a pastor who throws me his keys to go back to town to get my specs so I can see the words to the music when my van is dead in the church parking lot.  
• I am blessed to have a church family that is so encouraging.
• I am blessed to have a pastor's wife that will listen to me cry about my van being broken down like it is the most important thing in the world.  
• I am blessed to have a Wal- Mart service center open on Sunday.
• I am blessed to have a loving generous friend who will drop everything and run to Wal-Mart to buy me a new battery.
• I am blessed to have a stranger offer to buy me a battery for Christmas (Please Father, don't deny him his blessing because of my pride.)
• I am blessed to have a daughter who turns ten tomorrow and understands that there will be no party or gifts until January.  We have planned a money free evening to celebrate.  Speaking of that, I better go get a card and a cake made!!
