Friday Flick Review

This week I have a couple of movies to tell you about.  First up is Couples Retreat.  I totally didn't get this movie.  I guess it helps if you are part of a couple.  I thought it would be really funny, but it was pretty boring for me.  I don't know about you, but it seems to me that Vince Vaughn seems to play the very same character in every movie he makes.  He talks a lot, he is always lying to get out of being a jerk, and somehow we end up loving him in the end.  Well, as much as I do love him, I did not enjoy Couples Retreat.

I just finished watching Front of the Class a Hallmark movie about Brad Cohen.  He is a teacher who has Tourette Syndrome.  It was so inspirational.  I laughed, I cried, and I vowed right then and there to be a better teacher.  I think after 23 years you get kind of burned out.  It made me remember why I started teaching in the first place.  I totally recommend this movie.  It is on again tomorrow, so go set your DVR's right now!!
